You’ll need to include your name, order number and details on the action you’d like to take. We’ll make sure to get back to you within less than 24 hours with the next steps. Kindly note all order communication are made via email or WhatsApp only.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened (if it has a plastic seal), and in the same condition that you received it in, unless you received a broken or defected item, in which case we’ll be responsible for that.

    To initiate a return, please do the following:
    * Contact us on zynah@fustany.com with your order number, picture of the product, and reason for return.

    * We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps, which usually include setting a request with the delivery company to pick up the item, and that takes around 2-3 working days. Please note that the courier cannot come back on the spot. The method of the refund for the returned item will be agreed upon with client, and may take up to 4 working days to be completed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has been confirmed by our team to be damaged, in which case we'll of course handle it from our end.

    * Lastly, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange for the following products: Towels, nail polish, face tools (face rollers for example), hair and body brushes, makeup. Other than these categories, returns have to be sent back in their original package, unopened and unused.
    * If you would like to exchange your item with a different product, please contact us on zynah@fustany.com or via WhatsApp on +201223952320 with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange it with.

    * Please make sure the item you’re sending back is wrapped well and unopened. The difference has to be compensated (either from your side or ours). The courier will pass by to pick up the item you’d like to exchange within 2-3 business days. We’ll verify the item’s condition when received on our end, and then we'll ship the new product to you.

    * Shipping fees for such will be handled on your end and won’t be compensated. This however won't be the case if the item to be exchanged was damaged when you received it.
    * Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    * If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or a courier will return your cash within 4 working days.

    * The refunds will only be issued on the cost of product damaged or returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded in case of a regular return.
    * Shipping costs are non-refundable with returns and exchanges, unless the product you received was damaged.

    * If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Packages cannot be opened on the spot with the courier.

    You can cancel your order only by sending us an email on zynah@fustany.com - Kindly note that repeated cancellations or returns will unfortunately result in refusing to send out your upcoming orders.
    Orders usually take 2-3 working days in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria to be delivered, and 4-5 working days in other cities. You can track your order status here.

    Due to high demand on specific occasions, your order may be delayed a bit - such as: Last days of Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
    ZYNAH accepts MasterCard, Visa, ValU, and Sympl cards, in addition to Cash on Delivery. All the items on ZYNAH are tax-inclusive and payments are 100% secure. Shipping fees will be added in the last step of checkout. If your order value is 2.5K EGP or above, we will only accept MasterCard, Visa, ValU or Sympl as payment methods.
