1. DELIVERY:

We now deliver to almost all cities in Egypt, starting from 30 EGP for Cairo and Giza and up to 60 EGP depending on your city. A cash on delivery fee of 15 EGP is added to your order if you pick this payment method. We deliver on average in 2-3 working days in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, but it might take 4-5 working days in other cities.

If you have any special comments, kindly include them in the comments section while checking out. And lastly, writing your address in Arabic would be great, as it enables us to deliver your package faster.

2. RETURNS:

In case you’re not happy with the products you’ve received, we can offer you a refund or exchange, if the products were returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them. You can send them back in their original package, however they have to be unopened and in an unused condition. If that’s not the case we won’t be able to neither offer the refund nor exchange from our end. At the moment, we don’t unfortunately offer refunds on the delivery costs of any returned item.
