Refund policy

In case you’re not happy with the products you’ve received, we can offer you a refund or exchange, if the products were returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them. You can send them back in their original package, however they have to be unopened and in an unused condition. If that’s not the case we won’t be able to neither offer the refund nor exchange from our end. At the moment, we don’t unfortunately offer refunds on the delivery costs of any returned item.
