How to Brew:

Shake the container to mix the herbs evenly.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a reusable tea bag or infuser.
Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs and let steep for at least 5 minutes. For maximum benefits, steep longer.
Remove the tea bag, squeeze out any excess water, and rinse it. Leave to dry for reuse.
