Shipping: We deliver all over Egypt. Delivery fees start at 50EGP in Cairo and Giza, and go up to 110EGP for Matruh.

Standard delivery for Cairo, Giza and Alexandria is 1-2 working days. Remaining cities take up to 5 working days.

At checkout, kindly include your address in Arabic - if possible.


Can I open my package before accepting delivery?
Unfortunately not. Rest assured though, if anything arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll take full responsibility and fix it for you asap.

Zahia perfumes are made with premium oils, tested for safety and skin compatibility, and contain zero methanol.

Can I return or exchange my perfume?
Yes. Full-size perfumes can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, even if you simply didn’t like the scent, provided the item is in excellent condition and in its original packaging.


Will I get a refund?
Yes. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued via card or Instapay. Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.


Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?
Yes. You may request an exchange for another Zahia scent within the 5-day return window. Any price difference will apply.


Can I open the order with the courier?
No. Orders cannot be opened prior to delivery. Rest assured, we take full responsibility for any product issues after receipt.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement and pickup of the affected item.


Which items are non-returnable?
- Samples / 5ml trial sizes + discovery pouch
- Opened or used full-size perfumes not in good condition
- Special offer or promotional bundles (including seasonal and holiday offers)


How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at zynah@fustany.com or message us on Instagram with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our customer care team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup if applicable. Items sent back, have to be in perfect shape & wrapped properly to guarantee. we receive it in good condition.
