Delivery fees within Egypt vary by location, starting at EGP 65 for Cairo and Giza and reaching EGP 110 for Matruh. Your applicable shipping fee is calculated at checkout before you confirm your order. For delivery to Saudi Arabia or the UAE, contact our team for shipping details.

Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, while other locations in Egypt can take up to five working days. For estimated delivery times to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, please contact our customer-care team.

For most beauty products, returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted only for faulty or damaged items due to hygiene reasons. Items must be unused, and you should email zynah@fustany.com within five days of delivery with your order number and photos or a video of the issue. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under the general policy.

Eligible full-size Zahia perfumes have a separate five-day return or exchange option in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, subject to condition, packaging and exclusions. Check the perfume’s product page and our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy before purchasing.

Our team will review the issue and explain the next steps. For damaged or incorrect Zahia orders, please report the issue within three days of delivery.
