Using both the Gua Sha Facial Massager as well as the Face Roller will decrease puffiness, stimulate lymphatic drainage and decrease overall facial swelling.
How to Use - Gua Sha:
- Apply your desired face moisturizer, serum or oil evenly on your face.
- Glide the Gua Sha tool onto your face in long strokes while applying light pressure.
- Repeat the upward gliding motion for 3 to 5 minutes, twice a week.
How to Use - Face Roller:
- Apply your desired face moisturizer, serum or oil evenly on your face.
- Start with your neck and roll upwards.
- Roll from your jawline to your ears, then forehead all in upward motion.
- Repeat 5 minutes a day or every other day.
