Key Ingredients:

  • Green Tea
  • Spearmint
  • Nettle
  • Dandelion
  • Parsley

How to Brew:

  1. Shake the container to mix the herbs.
  2. Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a reusable tea bag or strainer.
  3. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs and steep for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Squeeze the tea bag to extract the benefits, rinse, and leave to dry.
