How to Brew:
- Shake the container to mix the herbs.
- Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a reusable tea bag or strainer.
- Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs and steep for at least 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the tea bag to extract the benefits, rinse, and leave to dry.
