The Wet & Dry Compact Powder by Luna can be used as the name states in both a wet and a dry condition, and it perfectly covers any skin imperfections. You can use it wet for full coverage to give you a foundation result. You can use it dry for sheer coverage to give you the compact powder result. It doesn't clog your pores and has a long-lasting effect.
