Can I return or exchange my perfume?Yes. Full-size perfumes can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, even if you simply didn’t like the scent, provided the item is in excellent condition and in its original packaging.
Will I get a refund?
Yes. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued via card or Instapay. Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?
Yes. You may request an exchange for another Zahia scent within the 5-day return window. Any price difference will apply.
Can I open the order with the courier?
No. Orders cannot be opened prior to delivery. Rest assured, we take full responsibility for any product issues after receipt.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement and pickup of the affected item.
