The pigment-saturated formula of the Bourjois Velvet liquid lipsticks soft flocked applicator lays down just the right amount of color with the perfect amount of precision needed, suitable for any occasion.

How to use it: Apply a coat of the liquid lipstick on your lips, and for even more intense color, apply a second coat once the first is dry.
