Calm by Heka is a soothing blend of Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Holy Basil, Nutmeg, and Lavender, this naturally caffeine-free tonic is perfect for unwinding. Experience the comforting aroma of fresh lavender and warming nutmeg as it gently calms your mind, making it an ideal companion before bedtime.
How to Brew:
- Shake the container to mix the herbs evenly.
- Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a reusable tea bag or infuser.
- Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs and let steep for at least 5 minutes. For maximum benefits, steep longer.
- Remove the tea bag, squeeze out any excess water, and rinse it. Leave to dry for reuse.
