Squeeze a small amount of the shower cream onto a loofah or your hands  Apply the cream to your skin, massaging gently in circular motions to form a rich lather. Rinse your skin thoroughly with water. **Note: Avoid contact with your eyes and in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Cocamide DEA, Hydrolyzed Milk Protein, Fragrance, Glycerine, Diazolidinyl Urea and Citric Acid.
